Order creation-Task list assignment-extra screen arises for the user.

We create Order and assign Task lists by selecting Extras -> Task list selection -> Direct entry : selecting General Task list , Group and Group counter is given: Task list is included for one user, but for other user a pop up comes - OPERATION SELECTION USING WORK CENTER/REPLACE WORK CENTER.

We checked both the user's settings : Extras -> Settings -> Default Values -> Control : No selection in Task list transfer for both the users. But how come this screen pops for one user and not for other user. Is there any User Role authorisation is involved.

Kindly suggest.

This is a user specific setting. While in any Service Order, Goto Extras--> Settings --> Default Values.

Go to the Control tab. Manage your Pop-Up for Task List in 'Task List Transfer". These are the options that dictate if the user should or should not get a Pop-up while including a Task List.

This is the issue. Is there, any other settings related to User or Authorisation related.

If the settings are the same, then it could be a GUI issue..

Try getting the users to log onto each others PC and check again.

We had a analysis, related to the issue.

User 1: who gets the pop up - As not yet defined any selection in Extras--> Settings --> Default Values -> Control from starting of the usage.  Till then the user is not got updated in the TPMUS Table.

So that the User gets the POP UP.

User 2: who is not getting the pop up - Defined the selection earlier in Extras--> Settings --> Default Values -> Control, then this selection was deselected.

As this User name gets populated in the Table TPMUS and no selection the POP UP is not getting populated. Until we define the selection, only we get this POP UP.

Extras--> Settings --> Default Values.

Make sure both the users have simmilar version of GUI
