How to use the "Show Help" of a page?

I want to use the "Show Help" option of a portal page.

Therefore I did the following:

In the PCD configuration of the page the option "Show 'Help' Option" is set to true.

A "help" entry appears in the small "Options" menu in the upper right corner of the page.

When selecting the entry a new browser window opens with this URL:

http://[server]/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.portal.pagebuilder.IviewModeProxy?iview_id=[pcdpath of page]&iview_mode=help

It shows "Sorry, no help available".

So, where can I configure what should happen, when selecting "Help"?

I search the documentation, SDN and notes but could not find anything helpful.

I read something about a page property called "com.sap.portal.iview.HelpURL" but could not find where to set it for my page.

If there is a "Show Help Option" I should be possible to use it, shouldn't it?

Anyone a suggestion?

Regards

Ingo
