ME29N redirecting users to PO Display (ME23N)

In our development and quality enviornment, we have test user ID's.  When we access the ME29N the screen redirects to ME23N.

We have applied all necessary authorizations including SAP_ALL and are still getting redirected to ME23N.

this is only happening with our test ID's.  User ID's are functioning normally.

add these authorization objects also .. i think i dont see them in screenshot u have posted

M_BANF_FRG	Release Code in Purchase Requisition
M_EINK_FRG	Release Code and Group (Purchasing)

There could be 2 reasons for this, either you do not have authorization for Rel. codes and Rel. groups for approval. Your screen shot do not show auth. objects for approvals and hence this could be one reason.

If you are having SAP_ALL authorization and still while executing ME29N you get display mode only, it means PO is open by other user id in change mode, if you click on change/display toggle button it will show you either error message providing user id by which PO is already editted.
