Do not transfer BP role category or BP role

I'm new to CRM, I inherited this system when some previous personel left, so sorry if the question seems pretty basic. I'm trying load a customer from the ERP system into the CRM system with the BUPA_MAIN BDoc. When I run the load I get the above error in SMW01. I only have one customer that this a problem with. It's a different ERP Customer account group than has been used before, so I suspect that I am missing some configuration somewhere, but I have NO idea where. A few tips on where to look would be appreciated.

    Hi Mike,

Wat is the error u get in the error and receiver for the bdoc. u can view it from smw01.

It cud be that the account group the user is assigned to is not available in crm.

u need to have that in crm.Use customization object DNL_CUST_KTOKD for the same.

    Helo Mike,

This error need to be debugged, but please check the following information in your system.

The error message might be coming because of the method ADD_DEFAULT_ROLE of the class ZL_BP_ROLES_ROLESLIST_IMPL.

This method sets the PARTNERROLE value to BUP001 and hence the modify method of the class CL_BUPA_IL_ROLES is called. So this causes the error message.

Kindly check the method from your side and make sure that only one empty line should be added in the role assignment block for the first time when the bp is getting created.

Please note that the issue need to be debugged, I sent you this information to check if this hint might be helpfull.
