Hi people,

I´ve found the next message and I cannot go away.

Enter mount points for the DVDs required for the procedure.

Enter at least the mount point containing Language DVD(s) for product NW and language DE "German"

The requested data carrier is not mounted on any of the mount points you entered.

I´ve put the number cd 51043284_14;51043284_15; 51043284_16;51043284_17 but I get the previous message. What can i do?

Hi Sergio

Looking at the media which you mentioned above you are suppose to combine all four of the dvd's into one.

51043284_14 is the main dvd , you need to download all four into on location and then combine all of them together.

You need to provide only one dvd which will be the first one. That should take care.

Hi Sergio,

Pretty simple and quite like Amit pointed out. You download 51043284_14 to 51043284_17. 51043284_14 is .exe while other 3 are rar files. So when all 4 are downloaded under location you need to execute 51043284_14 and all of them would get unrared/extracted ina folder. That folder would have LABEL.ASC as well. The you need to point to the resulting folder.

Thans for yours answer,

When it´s extracted the language and export they have the same DVD number, i´ve put in different path.

But Now i´m introducing the different mount dvd for the upgrade:

51042312

51043284

51043284_languages

and addons directory

And get this error:

Hi Sergio,

Did ya use FTP for tranferring the dumps. If so plese use binary mode.Anywaysthe log you have sent is not complete. Need few more lines above the 1st line: "The data carrier 'E:\dvd_73\51043284\LABEL.ASC' has no matching label file: wrong type"
