i want to display the "heading" name in all the pages and i want to add the "continuee" name after heading from 2nd page onwards..

Hi all,

           My requirement is i want to display the "heading" name in left side of all the pages and in the same i want to display the "continueee" name after heading from 2nd page onwards.

like,

in 1st page

heading

in 2nd page

heading   continueee

in 3rd page

heading continueee

...

I know only,

           The both names should be placed in  page header and continueee name should be insert in box...

plzzz tell me anyone, it should be very helpful for me...

HI kiran,

If this requirement in Crystal here you go:

Right click on Text object ->Format Text->Under Common tab

right hand to suppress option select Formula editor and type following synax:

PageNumber=1

Save & Close and you notice the Formula ediotr color is highted to red.

Now preview it.

Note:Place the heading In Page Header only to get following result.
