     When I execute BPC 10.0 NW add-on for Excel collection wizard, the system show error message as below, how do I solve this error?

Hi Evans,

Please refer to this SAP Note:

1230348 - Business Objects Planning (SRC) Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID

This Note is for another EPM product.

However, as EPM add-in 10 is now for all EPM products, it can be useful.

Hi Vin,

     Customer's Office version is 2010, and .Net Framwork version 4.0, I don't know what's wrong, because everything is OK besides collection function.

I don't think .Net Framework is needed anymore for BPC 10 as it has been removed. What SP version are you on?
