Hi,
We think implementation SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (SAP MII) system.
I have questions about MII.

MII gets to data from automation machines with Plant conectivity(PCo) and show on MII Intelligence dashboards.
also We want to control automation machines from MII ( send data to automation machines from MII )
can automation machines commanded from MII ?

We have 4 Manufacturing plants.
How long estimated time MII implementation for plant(s)?

Some of the PCo agents like OPC-DA support write modes from a TagQuery template (CurrentWrite mode), so setting process control variables from a recipe or batch properties is possible from MII.

There will of course be some limitations as to how far you would venture into the realm of process 'Control' from an html page or transaction, and there are likely community members here in the forum that have additional pros and cons for you to consider.

For an implementation time estimate you really need to have more specifics on what your desired applications are, and the data sources involved.  Weeks and Months are typically used to describe implementation timelines, but in many cases the preliminary applications put into productive usage grow in scope over time, and lead to the discovery of new use cases for subsequent applications.  I like to use the term 'Cumulative ROI' when it comes to applications built with MII, because each application can bring more and more benefit to the business.
