CSS SAP Skins thtmlb_IE7_stand.css where config?

Good Morning All,

Actually in my system, in Develop system with browser explorer 9, when I open the IC Web CLient I saw in the HTML code of the page that are upload the styles:

<link type="text/css" href="/SAP/BC/BSP/SAP/thtmlb_styles/sap_skins/default/thtmlb_IE7_stand.css" rel="stylesheet"/>

<link type="text/css" href="/SAP/BC/BSP/SAP/thtmlb_styles/sap_skins/default/thtmlb_IE7_visuals_stand.css" rel="stylesheet"/>

From "Default" profile, instead in quality system with browser explorer 7 with the same user are uploaded from "nova"

<link type="text/css" href="/SAP/BC/BSP/SAP/thtmlb_styles/sap_skins/nova/thtmlb_IE7_stand.css" rel="stylesheet"/>

<link type="text/css" href="/SAP/BC/BSP/SAP/thtmlb_styles/sap_skins/nova/thtmlb_IE7_visuals_stand.css" rel="stylesheet"/>

Where I can customizing them? I would like that in Develop system I can customize the "nova" css.

Another strange behavior:

If in quality system, a use a browser explorer 7 with the same user this css are not uploaded..

<link type="text/css" href="/SAP/BC/BSP/SAP/thtmlb_styles/sap_skins/nova/thtmlb_IE7_stand.css" rel="stylesheet"/>

<link type="text/css" href="/SAP/BC/BSP/SAP/thtmlb_styles/sap_skins/nova/thtmlb_IE7_visuals_stand.css" rel="stylesheet"/>

    Hello Marco,

    The reason for this could be personalisation.The personalized setting of a user overrules the customizing settings,and the personalized skin is not role dependent, it applies to all

    roles.

    I understand that in both development and quality you are testing in same roles with same user id.

    When ever a user changes his skin and logsoff these details are stored in a database table. The next time when he logs in even to get the login screen we need a skin and this is generally picked from this table respective to user.Hence this last used skin has to be rendered even before
    we pick our Business role.As we need a skin for load of login screen as well framework is desiged in this fashion.

    Hence even upon clicking a business role the last used skin will be rendered and not the one that is maintained in Technical profile.

    Hence Reset to Deafult will bring back the skin that is maintained in Technical profile.

    Another possibility I can think of could be the Cache,via SMICM clear the cache of the http server global in system.

    Check if webdispatcher is caching the things. in that case check by directly login into server.

    Regards,

      CALL METHOD request->get_user_agent
      IMPORTING
      user_agent_type = browser_type
      user_agent_version = browser_version.

      CRM_UI_FRAME
      DEFAULT.HTM

      Thanks you Reshma,

      I debugged the BSP application CRM_UI_FRAME, the page DEFAULT.HTM putting an break point in method:

      CALL METHOD request->get_user_agent

      IMPORTING

      user_agent_type = browser_type

      user_agent_version = browser_version.

      The test was with the same user, and the same browser IE9.

      In developed system the browser was recognised as 007 (IE7) insted in quality system as 009 (IE9).

      I don't know which is the table or configuration that permitt in developmemnt ambient to recognize IE9 as IE7!

      Probably it is possible to set the user agent in every system?

      Many thanks

      Regards

      Marco
