SG payroll - NRS report (RPCNRSR0_01 / PC00_M25_NNRS) issue.

Hi SG-PY Experts,

My client is adopting the employee claim method. Hence employee pay will be deducted during NS. User will then generate the NS claim report(PC00_M25_NNRS) from SAP system to submit to MINDEF.

Issue :-

Payroll should only deduct the portion of fixed monthly salary (basic pay and fixed allowance) from staff. However, when we run payroll the variable portion were also deducted from staff.

As per client requirement:-Variable portions(example OT claims) are not to be deducted from salary by the company but must be submitted to NS portal for reimbursement to staff by MINDEF. It means that variable amounts should be getting generated by SAP NRS report in report output, but not to be updated in IT0015 as deduction wage type.

The table V_5R2B_V has been maintained for processing class 63 and absence type 0500.

PCl A/AType Specific. WT End Date Start Date MDEF_WT NP RP C

63 0500 B /141 31.12.9999 01.01.1990 /33B 6 4 X

My question is how can we display the wage type only in the NS report output and not to create a wage type in IT0015 for PY deduction ?

Any idea which value to be given in processing class 63 for achieving this?

    Hello

Can you try having processing class 63 be set to 0 or B for the above wagetype ,and test the scenario in your system.

    Thanks and Kind Regards
