unable to record FEV9 using LSMW

Hi All,

Process:

1)We are trying to upload data from legacy system to SAP. We created a recording using the Tcode FEV9 with controlling area and Period, and hit execute for giving the rest of the details company code, from account , to account, Proportional factor, Regulatory account.

2) LSMW is recording getting saved , but  when we hit "Default values"  we are getting some error message.

Doubt:

1) controlling area come only when we logon into the system for the first time.

2) can we get the controlling option in anyother way to fill the value.

3) screen fields P_PERIO,P_GJAHR, R_ACTUAL  are getting recording but its not setting any default value. can you explain why.

Error Message:

1. 1.No default name could be found for field 'P_PERIO', P_GJAHR, R_ACTUAL  (when clicking the 'Default All' Button).
2. 2.No Batch Input data found for the screen 1000(While Executing).

Please provide the solution for this problem.

You can avoid the popup asking for controlling area by setting parameter CAC in the profile of the user that is doing the recording and later running the BDC session.

Enter your own source field names for the fields where the default option does not work.

In LSMW, we placed the parameter ID.
