Can anyone provide some examples of MDM with BPM. Need to call MDM data on portal screen,have maintainer and approver for it using BPM.

You would need to create the workflow in BPM, then have the BPM tasks integrated with some UI, may be WD Java screens.
Once the approval is done, you can call a MDM service from BPM which will push the data to mdm at the final stage..
