Dear all,
User processed work item A via workflow inbox. Once user clicked save/post the Idoc, idoc get posted successfully but a message was generated (Message # B1 278 : IDOC XXXXX: Status 53 cannot be processed).
This message can be ignored and user proceeds to process the 2nd work item. However, the work item A still remain on screen/inbox until screen was refreshed. It takes longer time to refresh the screen and it is seriously impacting the productivity.
Why there is a return message B1 278 after Idoc posted successfully and how to resolve it?
