period wise control on payment and commitment budget in FM

What should we do to have period wise control on payment and commitment budget in Funds Management. Presently if we are in 2nd month the budget is an aggregate of both the months. We want it to show for each month separately.

Please let me know how this can be done ?

Please, search before posting. Monthly control is possible with 'budget period' object as of release 6.04. Alternatively, AVC workaround with using some of available FM objects is possible.
