Hi All,

I have created a smartform as per client's requirement(<b>PURCHASE ORDER</b>).

In transaction <b> NACE</b> I have attatched it.

But it is not taking that smartform. It is taking the standatd FORM <b> MEDRUCK</b>.

Is anything I am missing?

Dilip

    Hi Dilip,

    Don't check programs from the list. Just enter the program /SMB40/FM06P over there. More over this is a Standard SAP program. You dont have to create ur own ZProgram.

    Hi,

    You can copy MEDRUCK -> Z_MEDRUCK.

    Which release are you using?

    Instead OPEN-FORM-Statements you can call your

    SF-Function Module.

    Replace in Customizing MEDRUCK with Z_MEDRUCK.

    Hope it helps you.

    BR

    Hi,

    Sorry I have given you a wrong information 😔

    Try this.

    In customzing you can set for each massage-type a

    reportname and a formular.

    In Your case the name of the report should be:

    SAPFM06P

    The formname = MEDRUCK

    Well copy SAPFM06P = Z_MEDRUCK (or something).

    The formname you can leave atg it is!

    Important is, that the FORM-ROUTINE shoild remain "ENTRY"

    or "ENTRY_NEU"! 8Depends on your release.

    Now go to the copied report and search for "FORM ENTRY.

    (or ENTRY_NEU").

    If tghere is a function call like call function 'ME_PRINT_PO'

    replace it with your SF-Function-Module.

    If not delete all OPEN_FORM, WRITE_FORM, CLOSE_FORM etc..

    calling and call yor FF-Function module here.

    To get the correct SF-Function-Module name you must use

    the FM: 'SSF_FUNCTION_MODULE_NAME'.

    Afterwards call Your FM

    call function <func>

    exporting

    archive_index = gf_arch

    archive_index_tab = gt_arch

    archive_parameters = gf_arcp

    control_parameters = gf_conp

    mail_appl_obj = gf_appl

    mail_recipient = gf_reci

    mail_sender = gf_send

    output_options = gf_outo

    user_settings = gf_uset

    ...

    ...

    Hope I could help you

    BR

    Michael
