Production order data

Trying extract old production order data(COOIS) but couldn't find anything, any reason? Does production orders get deleted after settlement? any report to pull settled old PO?

After settlement, production order doesn't get SETT or SETD status thatsy you can not enter these system status on selection screen. Looks like COOIS doesn't read production orders with status DLT and DLFL as well.

Please correct me if wrong?

You're right, use CO21 instead.

Note: You need to go to tcode BS42 to create a selection profile of your choice in CO21.

That's right. Or turn on check box "With deletion flag/indicator on selection screen.
