Activity valuation in production (production order)

HI

Is it possible to have an activity (in operation of production order) which is not valued or is valuated et 0 in production ?

Current setting:

Activity is planned in cost center (kp26); Manual entry, manual allocation and price determined manually

Cost Center assigned to Work Center.

Activity cost element assigned to element of cost compnent structure.

Element defined as Cost Component for "Sales and Administration Costs" and not relevant for Inventory valuation.

(In plan costs for productio order activity is displayed without costs - OK)

Production order costing

Costing variant for plan (PPP1) and valuation variant for activity set to 2 (plan price as avarage of all fiscal year), version 0

Costing variant for actual (PPP1) and valuation variant for activity set to 2 (plan price as avarage of all fiscal year), version 0

On enter of confirmation (CO11n), actual activity cost are valuated and displayed in production order costs (attachment picture).

activity Plan Costs / Plan Qty / Actual Costs / Actual Qty

abc 0,0 1 10 1

Thank you

    Hi Dejan,

Activity alone cant be treated as non valuated. But the operation in the routing can be made as irrelevant for Costing. doing this activity cost will not get charged on the Production order but only quantity gets updated.

    Thanks,

    Ravi Kumar
