Hello,
Calibration Process works in our system. But when recording inspection results for one equipment, we want to enter three measurement values for each master inspection characteristic, and SAP is only asking for one measurement value.
We don’t like the solution we have implemented, because the same master inspection characteristic has been inserted in the task list three times in order to ask the user to insert three measurement values for the same equipment
I have readTest Equipment Management (QM-IT)
http://help.sap.com/printdocu/core/Print46c/en/data/pdf/QMITCP/QMITCP.pdf
In this point of Calibration Process SAP help site, I read that only one value is possible of each master inspection characteristic.
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_46c/helpdata/en/15/ab2677c28811d29a340000e8a529f3/content.htm
Is it possible to enter more than one measurement value when recording inspection
results through QE51N transaction?
Thanks in advance for your help

Hi Juan,
In QA32 if inspect column shows 3 then you are using correct sample size. What must be happening is, the moment you put 1 reading system is considering you have inspected 3.
Control indicators must be set to single results and sampling procedure checkboxes. You ca do this in task list at MIC level. Select MIC and click on control indicators.

Hi Juan,
I just re-quote what I have understood. Lets say you have diameter as inspection parameter and you want to record it 3 times. You are currently doing it as below
But you need it as below
Diameter 0.8 mm
0.8 mm
0.8 mm
I think you must set sampling procedure as FIXED3 instead of FIXED1. Create this procedure through QDV1 and assign in QP02. Ensure you have ticked on single results and samling procedure in control indicators.

Anand
