Hi Friends,
It is failed to create a new environmet by copying Environmentshell.
The error log says an internal error ouccured while TIME dimension is copied.
(Inputcurrency dimension is copied succesfully.)
We installed BPC NW ver10.0 a few days ago.
Do you know what the problem is?

With your advices, it did not go well.
What i checked are below.
1.checking authorization(both BW roel and BPC access permissions)
2. processing TIME dimensions
3.Adding entry to UJE_USER and UJE_USER_TEAM
The log message is not changed(internal error during Copying TIME dimension)
Do you have any ideas?

Thanks for your contact.
Unfortunately, we still have this problem.
Now we are waiting for a response from OSS.
We suspect that we have a trouble with BW setting not BPC.
I want to share information with you if you have a same problem.
Please check the error log message through Tcode ST22.
The error title in our system is CALL_FUNCTION_REMOTE_ERROR.

In my case, the error message is, is it same as your message ?

A RAISE statement in the program "SAPLRRSI" raised the exception
condition "X_MESSAGE".
Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior
program, processing was terminated.
You may able to find an interim solution to the problem
in the SAP note system. If you have access to the note system yourself,
please use the following search criteria:
"RAISE_EXCEPTION" " "
"SAPLRRSI" bzw. "LRRSIF00"
"X_MESSAGE_SPEC"
or
"SAPLRRSI" "X_MESSAGE"
or
"SAPMSSY1 " "X_MESSAGE"

I checked your error, then I confirmed our problem is identical exactly.
We are waiting for response from OSS(BASIS team).
I will share you the information when they contact us.
We suspect the root of error is bug of ABAP program.
I wonder whether you could tell me your support package version.
Ours are below:
SAP NW 7.3 sp07
CPM BPC sp06
POASBC 100_730:addin install sp06

I share the information on this issue from OSS.
We could copy environmentshell after this process below.
1. Enter TCode RSRV
2.Select 'Compare Number Range and Maximum SID'
3.Select 0HIER_HIEID as parameter char.
4.Push Execute buttom
5.If you have inconsistence, push Correct Error
