Hi ALL
We have an issue in BPF or security setup at one of my client. Normal Users is unable to access the BPFs. Then I played around with the security setup and Creating BPF Instance. Only admin user can access the BPFs. But Normal users they can’t see any BP F’s when they log on to web access. Then I have tested with a Normal user id, if I make that user as a BPF owner then that user can access the BPF.
We are not using any Teams. We are using only Member access profile and task profiles.
Here my question is why a normal user cannot access BPF if they are not a BPF OWNER
We are using Member Access Profiles and Task Profiles. We are not using any Teams.
Here what I want to do is without using Teams I want to access a BPF. Is it Possible? . Please answer to my Question.
Thanks in advance

Narsi,
you can add more than one ID on the dimension member sheet under the OWNER, the ID has to include the domain and the IDs need to be separated by a comma. Also make sure that the owner property of the dimension can accommodate all of the characters (total can't be more than 255)
Hope this helps,

Hi,
To perform BPF activities, you need to have the required Task Profiles assigned to the User. Please add the BPF task profiles to the User and check if the User can access the same.

Hi Narasaih,
While setting up the BPF template, you need to assign those users under "Set Access" tab? Was that done?
Hope it helps!!
