Settlement WBS to COPA

Dear SAP expert,

I running WBS settlement.

The revenue and cost of sales is transfer to CO-PA.

But the qty is not transfer to COPA from wbs.

Is anybody can help me?

Hi,

In the PA transfer structure include an assignment item for the Quantity and check the billed quantity check box and assign quantity value field.

This should transffer the quantity.

Hi Ravi,

I already assign FKIMG to a value field that capture qty (KE4M).

And I already include assignment otem for qty in PA Tranf struct (The value field is as same as value field that I assign for FKIMG).

But it still didn't work

Hi,

did you check the transfer billed quantity check box on the assignment line.

Yes, I did, Ravi.

Could it be coz the wbs I settled...I create it manually ( not trigger from sales order)?

Hi Anu

Add another line in your PA Transfer Structure used in the settlement profile

Tick the check box "Qty Billed / Delivered" and Leave the SOURCE Blank and Assign a Qty Field in the Tab "Value Field" of your PA Trf Str

After this, when you settle, it populates the Qty too

The qty is not settled.

Is it because the WBS is not TECO yet ( still generate WIP)?
