Unable to do the generate Delivery for a "Rush Order"

Dear All,

Delivery Document not getting generated. The Order is a Rush Order with AFS material.

I have identifed the Problem as below.

When i create a Order with One Division(For Ex: "SA") at header Level, and the Material Belongs to another Divison(For Ex: "XX"). Allocation(Allocation is required when you use AFS scenario) is not happening and hence delivery is not taking place. Could you please shed some light into it.

HI !

For automatic delivery from sales order for AFS material there need to  do some setting.

1:- for sales roder type you have to do setting for immediate delivery. and lead time supposed to be zero.

2:- for allocation run setting yave to do such setting that your sales roder will full fil all the criteria related to the ARUN type.

3:- Arun type need to assign order type with sales area.

So at the creation of sales order delivery will create automatically. if ARUN not fail. Check you setting.

please run VA02 for your particalar order and go to Sales Document - Deliver

have you got a delivery screen now? any errors happened?

please also make sure you have not delivery block (check out here - VA02 for your order, Header - "Shipping" tab)
