MRP Run using MDBT

Hi,

When I am running MRP using MD02 for individual material, purchase requisitions are getting created, but for the same plant when MRP is run using MD01/MDBT with the same parameters as in the case of MD02, purchase requisitions are not geting created. In MD04, only PIRs are showing. Please throw some light as to why it may be happening.

Hi

Usually the cause is that the corresponding planning file entries are not set for the material (transaction MD21). You can find further information on planning file entries in notes 205681, 371016 and 553746. In order to check which materials the total planning run plans, it is recommended that you set the 'Display material list' parameter in the planning variants. The spool list for the job then lists the planned materials.
