    Hi Neha,

In order for SAP to know that the newly split items should be linked to the contract item you need to do this

    1. Create sales order from contract.

    2. Reduce the qty as you wish

    3. From within VA01, click on the sales document menu item on top of screen, select create with reference and put in the contract number you want and click item selection from the pop up window, select the item you want and adjust the quantity to suit.

Now SAP knows the new order line is linked to the contract item and quantitys will be updated correctly.

    regards,

    Nags

      Contract Qty = 10000

      Sales order

      line 1 = 100 qty batch AAAA

      line 2 = 100 qty batch BBBB

      -----

      -----

      line 50 = 100 qty zzzzzz

so for evry line item i have to assign line item to contract for completing incomplete data like pricing

i want it collectively assign contract to line item
