HI techies,
We have started data archiving project for a client,
how ever we have configured content repository in oac0 and made neccessary changes in the technicall settings sara,
but wen we started the archiving process, the writer is scheduled and completed successfully
but the store job is getting cancelled wen we schedule it.
1. The error message is like

2. And also we are getting an another error
Error occured when checking the stored archive file 000005-001MM_MATBEL
For security reasons, the archive filee 000005-001MM_MATBEL was not marked as stored and remains in the file system.
please suggest a solution to resolve this issue asap.

Dear Mans!
Looks like the certificate is expired. Re-upload the certificate and enable it on AS. It will fix the problem.
Thanks,
Kolusu

Hello and Happy New Year!
Thanx for your replies.
Communication between SAP and Archive Server was always successful in both directions.
But I noticed that two entries for SAPHTTP and SAPCMS in TA SM59 were missing.
After I added these RFC-Connections I replaced the certificate in TA STRUST and exchanged it again.
The error message is gone and the problem is solved.
I can now open the archived documents in TA OAAD.
Thanx!
Regards,
Joyce

Hello,
I believe yes the certificate part has to be exectured/ re-executed. Send certificates and try to run the storage job.
About second problem, is there issue with authorization to handle files from file system?
