Hi,

I do not know why you need the DB tables, still I would say you can go for SQL trace for seeing all the tables involved.

Ok.

I don't know whether surely i will need DB tables or not.

In your viewpoint, what shall I do, I want to create a web dynpro screen for me51 transaction???

Can I use anything like ITS( Internet Transaction Server) to get that, or i will have to create manual web dynpro screen???

Any explanation would be highly appreciated

Hi,

Yes that's what I was saying, you don't even need to bother about the DB tables that are affected. That's the job of the BAPI. Leave it to that

In the case of screen design, it depends entirely on the requirement the customer has raised. If he is okay with whatever ITS can give you, then go for that. Whereas if you need more flexibility in designing the screens etc. then go for Webdynpro.

In my view, ITS can definitely give you the most with little effort. So why don't you try that.

Anyway, it's basically dictated by the needs of the customer or whoever who has asked for it.

Cheers,

Mahesh
