Operation Mapping not showing in the Integration Builder

I created an Operation Mapping in ESB and I came to Integration Builder, created the CC, RD. When I tried to create Interface Determination, I specified Sender component, outbound interface, name space and the receiver, in the Value List for Operation Mapping, it says "No Suitable Data Found". Ususally the corresponding Operation Mapping will appear in the Value List. I even cleared the cache for all the objects.

I am just wondering why the OM not visible in Integration Builder? Am I missing anything
