Do you want to logically delete the attachment from SC?

There is a delete button on the attachment line in SC UI to logically delete the attachment.

It sets a delete indicator in DB table BBP_PDATT.

If you want to delete the attachement data physically from SRM DB, refer to note

Note 848909 - Size of the table BBPCONT is very big.

BBPCONT is the table where the actual attachment data is stored in SRM.

Also you can refer to report RS_REMOVE_DEL_ATT_CONTENT.

url for the attachment is built at runtime into field DISP_URL.

You can verify this by executing FM BBP_PD_SC_GETDETAIL by setting I_WITH_ITEMDATA = X

and passing the GUID of the SC.

You can not call the Function modules in FG BBP_PDATT as it will give error regarding missing log.

So call the BBP_PD_SC_GETDETAIL to get url in DISP_URL.

The other URL field is used when you attach a URL like directly instead of a file.

It is not useful in your case.
