BCM7 : extra data included in calls

Hi,

In BCM7 regarding the options for attaching extra data to a call :

Can a list of options be consulted to know what can be listed in the field “Extra Data Included When Allocating Calls” ?

  • (System Configurator/System Management/Channels/Voice Channel) such as ‘XML, FirstBName, FirstBNumber’, etc.

If I need IVR info to appear in CRM, do I just need to add the parameter "IVRInfo" ?
