Material Document not available after print

Hello Team ,
we have a peculiar issue and need your urgent assistance.
WE had created a Material document for a particular plant ( MY11) and
or certaim materials. The movemet type used is a custom one and also
the Output type is custom one.
We could notice that immidiately after creating and savign the
document , the system printed the material document through the Output
type.

When we check with the material document number the next day , WE
realise to our surprise that the material document number does not
correspod to plant MY11 anymore and also the line items are totally
diferent . Its totally a new document altogether. The document also shows a different date .

In short , We are not able to view the document which we created and
saved last night.
The output has printed the document , but the same document contents is not
available anymore .

please suggest what could have been the issue .
