Hi Nagaraju,

This error is regarding the connection failed to R/3 system. However, for upload of objects you should not be getting this error. Did you pick this error log from RAR (ccappcomp) logs?

Best regards,

Smriti

Hi Nagaraju,

This error does not belong to Upload object. This is something related to connector. It could be because of any one of the below areas.

  • Your connector is Adaptive RFC connection and SAP JCo is not getting tested or pinged.

or

  • you have connector with Outbound Connection / SAP Adapter and Report name is not configured wrongly.

Please check if there is some issue with connector.

Thanks & Regards

Neeraj

This is because of below issue..

The error that you are getting is the standard error that shows up on the screen in some specific service packs of GRC.

The auth object data still gets uploaded just fine.

You can run below 2 queries to verify the count of rows inserted in GRC database is the same as that of the number of lines in Auth OBJ text files.

select COUNT(*) from VIRSA_CC_GPRMLIST where VSYSKEY = 'ISCALATMR1'

select COUNT(*) from VIRSA_CC_GPRMLIST where VSYSKEY = 'ISCALATMR2'
