Site Codes Missing in My Crystal Reports

Hi Anyone,

I am new to Crystal Reports Part of my job is to provide regional reports for a customer of mine. I run my report against a data file that has information I need for each customer site. Part of the information I need is site-code information that is assigned to each customer site like (8250, 4462, or 2435a etc...) For some reason the Site-Code string is not working in the report unless it is a alpha-numeric code, for example (BT618 or 2435a). Any site-code ony numeric I can not list and have no clue why this is happening.

Any help anyone can provide would be appreciated.
