Deal All,
We have one requirement for whcih user exit might be required.
We are having a internal number range for Vendor master. As in internal number range system automatically generates Vendor master number.
Our requirement is whenever we create and save the vendor master, while saving system should copy the vendor number created into the field "Previos account no. in Vendor master.
Please reply
Thanks in advance
Vijay
Hi,
I'm bit doubtful if user-exit suggested by Maurizio will be helpful. I believe, internal number is generated after this user-exit is reached, but, still, you can try.

Dear Vijay,
I know that there is an available user exit number EXIT_SAPMF02K_001.
Anyway if SAP gives You the possibility for a master data external numbering, why are You using the internal and then You need to change the internal numbering with an external one?

Hello Vijay,
You have to create the user exit for your requirement
May be you can create user exist like this
When you save the master data, system should check the table of number range of that account group and identify the last used number, make +1 to the last user number and update the same in vendor master as previous account number.
Thanks and Regards
