How to remove attachment option from BPM work items in SAP UWL

Hi,

I have  BPM integrated with UWL,now i got the requirement to remove few options (i.e. Attachment) from the work item.

I tried with the options  iView property "List of UWL Actions to Exclude" -ATTACHMENTS .But seems not working for BPM tasks.

Is there any other option is available to achieve this. Looking for quick reply.

Hi Sanjay,

Follow 1456788 note, you will be able to eliminate attachment option. This note contain various other options also.

Hi Sanjay!

In order to remove the ATTACHMENTS section of the preview area within the UWL iview which you are using, you have to configure a different setting of the UWL iview. As per what you have described, you have configured the value within property "List of UWL Actions to Exclude", but this is not the correct property where th fill in with it.

The correct on is the following:

List of preview sections to hide

You can find more information regarding it in the following documentation:

As you can see in the Description of property List of preview sections to hide, one of its allowed values is ATTACHMENTS.

Please proceed with setting this accordingly, and check if you achieve the expected look and feel!
