Hi,

I am new to SAP CRM and trying to learn the SAP CRM system.

One point I am confused is that I am not able to see the basic routine for example T-code:BP. But I can use BP to start the session

So, can anyone tell me what is the problem?

Hello, Tony.

There is no problem at all. In latest releases SAP states that GUI should be used only by consultants and programmers. And all user's tasks should be performed in WebUI.

Tony,

as I said previously: most of user's routines (like BP, documents, tickets etc.) are available in WebUI. You should search for them there in an appropriate business role.

If you still want to find t-code in GUI (actually, I know only few reasons for this) go to tx. se93 and search for t-code with search help there.

Now, I have searched for T-code using SE93. OK, next step, maybe I should know how to use WebUI.
