Cost Center restriction in PO

HI

We have 2 plants 0001 & 0002. We have cost centers maintained like 0001_xxxx for plant 0001 and 0002_yyyy for plant 0002.

We want to restrict user creating PO for plant 0001 not to mistakently pick up cost center of plant 0002.

How shall we do this?
