Not able to Extract the PLA from J2I5 and J2I6; Opening Balance not being populated for RG23A and RG23C

Dear Experts,

Please help me in the following:

Here we have two issues Related to CIN:

1. We are Not able to Extract the PLA from J2I5 and J2I6

2. Opening Balance not being populated for RG23A and RG23C.

The details are as follows:

The Company has gone live on April 1, 2012

Issue 1:The PLA Balances are uploaded manually in the Table J_2IACCBAL as on 31.03.2012 for the one and only Excise Group 10. Also assigned the scripts.

When I try to do PLS Extraction for the month of April 2012, ie, from 01.04.2012 to 30.04.2012, the system is showing a Red Colour Cross mark. The last Extracted date is on 31.03.2012

Issue 2: The opening balances for RG23A, RG23C are not being populated in the print Tcode: J2I6 after extraction.

First RG23A and RG23C are being extracted in J2I5. When we see the print out. we found that its not picking up the Opening balances. Could any one please suggest me how to get out of this problem.
