PSA Edit Button

Dear All,

When i'm uploading data in the PSA for some Plants EDIT button Displays. But for others it doesn't. Even i try to get the SU53 screen (in RSA1 from BW side) to check the Authorization, message says Authorization is successful.

How can this happen? Is there any other way to edit my entries? Any help is highly appreciated.

Hi DTD,

I am not sure whether it is 3.x or 7.x version.

Here is the details for both versions.

1) IF it is 3.x version, and in IPAK the process type setting is "Update subsequently to data target", then we cannot see the Edit button in the PSA. We need to unscheck "Update subsequently to data target" and need to re-execute the IPAK to get the Edit icon in PSA.

2) IF it is 7.x version, if PSA request got loaded to data targets, then we cannot edit that request.so, we need to delete the request from the data targets then we need to edit the PSA.

3) If the issue is there eventhough no data mart happenned, then there may be the security issue. Need to work with Security team to provide the required authorization role.

Hi DTD,

If you choose correct answer, then 10 points will be rewarded to that person automatically.
