Pick & Pack showing sales orders with non-released production orders

Is there a way to prevent sales orders from showing up in Pick and Pack Manager when the production order associated with the sales order has not been reported as complete?

Scenario:

1. Create a Sales Order, selecting an item that is a production item (Production BOM)

2. Before adding the Sales Order, check the Procurement checkbox on the logistics tab

3. Run through the procurement wizard to add the Production Order

- Result: Production order has the sales order associated with it

4. Run the Pick & Pack manager, the Sales Order shows up even without the Production Order having been reported complete.

Is there a way to prevent the sales order from showing up in the Pick & Pack until the production order has a reported complete?
