CRM Mobile Sales 2.0.0 - Windows 7 Desktop Connection Error


Hi All.

We have been trying to set up the client application on Windows 7 to get it connected to SUP 2.1. ESD #2.

We have succesfully deployed the ESDMA into SUP server and every step of the configuration has been completed, as well as the user application registration.

But, as we try to stablish the connection from the windows client, we get the following error message : "Network connection not detected. Make sure you are connected to the network. Click OK to continue". And then it exits...

So, we we know we do have a network connection, and all services in SUP are up and running. There are no log files on the local file system nor the server.

Does anyone have any ideas?
