Issues with Broadcasters

Hi BI Guru's,

I've got a query which contains some exceptions and the data's in the columns are displayed and highlighted with traffic light colors when the report is executed. I'm required to send this report to a certain people in my organization and I included a variable in the query to do that for me. I finally created a broadcaster (with the necessary information) and executed it to myself to see if works.

I succesfully received the report via e-mail, however, the formatting (fonts, table and etc) of the report is not the same as the actual report. The worst part is, the exceptions in the report was not visible to me at all. Could anyone tell me what's wrong? Your input are much appreciated. Thanks!
