Hello Experts,
I've been observing an issue as follows:
When I create a quotation in CRM, it gets replicated to ERP. A sales order is created as follow-up to the quotation in ERP. However, when the order gets replicated to CRM, the 'transaction history' assignment block of the order in CRM does not contain the link to the quotation from which it was created. Please provide inputs on why the 'transaction history' assignment block is blank in the sales order.

Transaction history is updated only when follow up activity is performed in CRM. Not in R/3.
ie. if u create Sale order from Quotation in CRM itself, u can find the transaction history updated.
instead if u copy the quotation to sale order, Transaction history is not updated.
