BPC 10 Sizing

I just read a sizing guide that recomended about 60 gig of ram for even the most modest sized BPC cube. I have been trying to run a demo system on an 8 gig VMware image, well short of the recommended size. What is the smallest size ram you have successfully used under BPC 10 NW?
