PRN & Previous Valuation profile in Detection Action

Hello,

1) RPN is calculation is not coming correct?

It should be RPN = Severity X Probability of Occurrence X Probability of Detection

i.e. RPN = 9 X 8 X 7 = 504 but it is coming as 720. 2.

2) Probability detection previous valuation not coming. Refer screenshot.

Please guide and help.
