Regarding SAP Audit PLZ help as soon as possible

hi all,

I want to know the information about the sap user ids.i got a mail from auditors some the things to be shown to them during audting.so,any one plz help to sort out this issue.

1.List of accounts (SAP user ID's) created, modified or deleted during the audit period 1 April, 2011 to March 31, 2012 (in SAP application)

2.SAP report for the following:

- SAP_NEW

3.SAP report for the following:

- RS PARAM

- USR 40

- SAP_ALL

1. Change management policy and procedure document

2. System Log of all changes (standard, configuration, emergency) in SAP application system from 1 April, 2011 to March 31, 2012. (Selection)

3. Approval e-mails for a selection of change requests raised

4. UAT signoff for the selection of change requests raised.

5. SAP report for the following:

- SAP_NEW

6. System evidence for segregation of SAP Development, Test and Production environments

7. System generated list of users with access to development, testing and production environment
