How to open a documentation in other language

Dear experts,

I want to open a documentation which was written in German, but since my log on language is English, the system prevents me to do so. How to make the system shows the documentation anyway?

Use the table DOKTL pass the Docu. Object and Language.You can see the related info maintainted for the passed language.

When you logon, select the German (DE) language.
