SAP CHARM - adding a new landscape

Hi Experts,

In one of our projects, Charm is active for ECC landscape. version -  SAP Solution Manager 7.01

I would like to add one BW  and CRM landscape to the project and activate charm for those landscape. When my tasklist is already active for ECC, will it impact if i add new landscapes for charm.

What is the best practice to do this.

I am aware that i can create a new maintenance project and activate charm for these landscapes. But My question is whether can we add these systems to the project where charm is already active and activate charm for these landscapes.

Please advise.
