Unable to add Package in a Team

Hi All,

Please see the below situation:

• We are adding Package to Team: America Data manager 1st time and its created
  recently.
• Before adding our user id to Team: America Data manager , we can add the
  package in Team: EA and its also showing in Package list.
• But When we add our user id to Team: America Data manager, we can’t add
  Package to Team: EA or Team: America Data manager.

Note: Team: EA was created before Team: America Data manager

Help me to identify the cause and rectify the issue.
