Use of Groups,Personalization and Licence Data in Su01

Hello Experts.

I am creating a document on SU01 (creating user ).I know the use of almost all the tabs available in the SU01 screen but I am sure about the other following three tabs.

Groups.

Personlization

Licence Data.

Can some breif me about the above points so that I can mention the use of these three tabs in my documnet.
