Error when installing SAPgui Part 2

Hi,

Get the following error after installing SAPgui :

Error while connecting to communication partner - see preceeding messages.

Could not connect to host localhost on port 21200.

java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

Policy used is either jce_policy-6 or jce_policy-1_4_2.
